Frontløberne
FLirkus-brainermøder, januar-april: From the start of the year until April, Frontløberne, businesspeople, and other cultural actors gathered at a series of meetings where they brainstormed ideas for the anniversary project of the year.
Jubilæums-reception, d. 22. april: The red carpet was rolled out, and champagne was bubbling as Frontløberne celebrated themselves with a gala reception. Mayor Nicolai Wammen and Trevor Davies gave speeches.
Udgivelse af jubilæumsbog: ’Vi gør det sgu’ was published in celebration of the anniversary. Photos, interviews, and contributions from new and old Frontløbere tell the story from the beginning. The Den Lille Projekthåndbog (The Little Project Handbook) was also released.
Pressemøde for FLirkus, d. 20. april: The FLirkus queen and other artists welcomed attendees at an interactive press conference at Godsbanen, where the press people made bead boards, carved soup spoons, and speed-dated according to FLirkus' slogan: JOIN IN.
Åbning af FLirkus, d. 24. april: Concerts, workshops, and more. This marked the beginning of a month-long stay at Godsbanen, preparing for the cultural caravan’s tour.
FLirkus Stationarium, hele maj: Events every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at Godsbanen, along with daily setup and interactions among people from the cultural grassroots.
FLirkus Mobile, juni-august: FLirkus hit the road, and the cultural caravan set off on a tour through Aarhus and beyond. After a colorful PR push and an OptursOptog (Upside Parade) through downtown, FLirkus settled in the Botanical Garden and at Skt. Annagade School. The caravan then traveled to Vejle, Aalborg, Copenhagen, Skanderborg, and Silkeborg with pimped-up caravans, poetry, folk kitchens, concerts, and workshops (beadboards, Pimp Your Bike, demo recordings, and more) on the agenda. And much more.
F16 Projekt bureau
Mejlgade For Mangfoldighed, d. 9. maj: A colorful hustle and bustle in the name of tolerance. Several thousand Aarhus residents attended the street party, which was organized by a group of young F16 students.
Århus Festuge, d. 3.-5. september: The event 10 Seconds After, a party and chill-out lounge at Godsbanen. Frontløberne’s F16 team was responsible for the event.
Kulturnat Aarhus, d. 9. oktober: A travel agency for the Gul Zone and a creative ‘hurlumhej house’ with chaos and idyllic rooms, concerts, photo exhibitions, and more. Organized by F16 students.
Pressalit-projekt, hele november: A collaboration between Frontløberne and the company’s development department. The task was ‘Create physical space for creative thinking.’ F16 students built four 'innovation islands' – a praising chair, a sensory tunnel, a deserted island, and a word tree. These will now inspire Pressalit employees in their daily work.
